MyChart Support

Managing your health online is easier with the MyWVUChart portal and mobile app. You can use it to schedule visits, review test results, message your providers, and handle prescriptions.

If you run into login problems, you can click the “I Forgot My Username?” or “I Forgot My Password?” links on the sign-in page. The system will walk you through a quick identity check before allowing you to reset your login credentials.

First-time Users: To create a new account, select “Sign Up” on the login page. You can register using the email address on file with your provider or by entering an activation code provided by your WVU Medicine office.

Billing and Financial Assistance

WVU Medicine makes it simple to manage your medical bills online through the MyWVUChart portal or by phone. You’ll find clear instructions on how to pay your balance using the account number from your billing statement.

If paying the full amount upfront is a challenge, WVU Medicine offers flexible payment plans so you can spread out costs over time. Financial assistance may also be available for patients who qualify.
