  2. Enter your MyWVUChart activation code exactly as it appears. (Codes usually look like a mix of numbers and letters separated by dashes.)
  3. Provide your date of birth and ZIP code so the system can confirm your identity.
  4. Create a MyWVUChart username and password that you’ll use to log in moving forward. Choose something memorable but secure.
  5. Confirm your email address and set up security questions for added protection.
